Thermostop:
Thermostop is a performance slat which blocks heat radiation.Blinds manufactured using Thermostop, control heat and light in the room and promote energy efficiency.
By simply tilting the slats so that the Thermostop coating faces inwards, heat loss is minimised during the winter months. In the warmer summer months the slats are reversed so that the coating faces outwards, minimising the amount of heat coming into the room.
Thermostop is available in 5 popular colourways with a slat width of 25mm all with silver "Thermostop" backs.
Perforated slats:
Perforated slats let in a soft diffused light.
Available in 3 grades of perforation: 4%, 8%, 2/3rds.

16/25mm Sovereign System
16/25mm blinds will be manufactured using the elegant Sovereign system with colour co-ordinated headrail cord and ladder.
The blind is raised and lowered by operating cords assisted by a tilt roll support and positive cord lock mechanism.
Tilt control is achieved with a transparent acrylic wand and geared tilter. Both controls can be located together or apart, at either end of the blind.

Uniwand
As an alternative to the standard controls Uniwand provides a simple
and elegant method of blind operation.
Available for 16/25mm blinds only, this is a single wand mechanism
for lifting and tilting, left and right hand options available.
35/50mm Alaric System:
35/50mm blinds are manufactured using the larger, but equally stylish Alaric System.
All blinds are manufactured with a white headrail, cord and ladder with the exception of Aliwood, which is supplied with co-ordinated headrail, cord and ladder.
The blind is raised and lowered by operating cords running through a clear crash proof cord lock. Tilting is achieved by operating an endless cord loop.
It is possible for the controls to be reversed or for both control to be on one side.
Pretreatment:
All cold rolled strip is chemically pretreated to ensure outstanding paint adhesion and enhanced corrosion resistance. The chemical conversion coating is in accordance with ASTM B449. "Standard Recommended Practice for Chromate Treatment of Aluminium".
Paint Finish:
The chemically pretreated aluminium strip is covered with a decorative enamel, suitable for interior applications. The resultant tough, smooth and uniform, "long-life" paint finish is achieved by constantly monitored curing conditions and strict quality control.
The method of application ensures that all exposed surfaces, including edges are covered and only carefully selected coating materials are used. The paints are controlled according to ECCA test methods and specifications.
Film Thickness:
Average thickness of normal paint film is 14 micron each side. Average thickness of metallic coating is 14 micron each side. The thickness of special coatings and non-standard colours mat deviate slightly from these values.
Light Fastness:
Applied coatings have a light fastness of at least 6, according to the international Wool Scale with no excessive chalking or peeling of the paint film. Test method - 1000 hours radiation in Xenotest apparatus.
Film Adhesiveness:
TEST: Using a sharp knife or similar tool, 10 parallel cuts are made through the film at about 1/16inch spacing. 10 similar cuts are made at 90 degrees and crossing the first ten cuts. Then apply No.600,_inch wide, Scotch cellophane tape firmly to the area and pull off sharply.
RESULT:No removal of film occurs when the test was taken.
